Because a shipment that arrives correctly costs less to handle than one that has to be re-quoted, held at customs or returned. Publishing the checklist we use is cheaper for everyone than fixing the problem later.

Records and photographs from our own operations, published only where they are authorized for public use and carry no client identity or figures. Each one names the claim it supports.
Warehouse inbound and measurement record
Registration, piece count, weight and dimension record taken when cargo arrives at the warehouse.

Loading and dispatch record
Photographs taken at the warehouse when cargo was loaded and dispatched: cartons, palletised goods and cased units braced inside the container, and crated cargo strapped down on the trailer for the run to the port.

What usually needs to be prepared
- Commercial invoice and packing list matching the declared cargo
- Product name, material and use, with photos or links where useful
- Piece count, gross weight, volume and package dimensions
- Declared value and whether the goods carry a brand
- Any battery, liquid, powder, magnetic or regulated attributes
- China origin address and the destination city and postcode
