What does this cover?
Major cities and ports are routine operating areas. Once the required supplier, cargo and address details are confirmed, pickup can normally be arranged within one hour. Remote areas, special vehicles and special cargo are confirmed separately.
Who is this for?
- Factory pickup where the supplier does not deliver
- Collecting from several suppliers in different cities
- Cargo ready at an inland location away from the main ports
- Shipments that need a specific vehicle type
What is included in the service?
- Pickup scheduling with the supplier
- Driver and vehicle arrangement
- Supplier contact and handover coordination
- Arrival confirmation at the warehouse
- Basic photographs on arrival
What do you need from us to quote?
- Supplier name, contact person and phone number
- Full pickup address with any loading dock or access restriction
- Cargo piece count, weight and volume
- Whether the cargo is ready, and the loading window
- Whether a tail-lift, crane or specific vehicle type is needed
What does the quotation cover?
The quotation states the total for the scope described in it. It is built from the cargo data, the origin and destination, the transport mode and the delivery scope agreed at that time.
What is included?
- Pickup arrangement from the declared address
- Vehicle and driver for the agreed cargo
- Delivery of the cargo to the named warehouse
What is not included?
- Waiting time or a failed collection caused by supplier delay
- Special equipment unless quoted
- Remote-area pickup outside the quoted area
- Cargo that differs from the declared data
What might cost extra?
- Remote or difficult-access delivery beyond the standard service area
- Customs inspection, holds or revaluation at either end
- Storage where cargo cannot be dispatched inside the agreed free period
- Detention and demurrage when a container or vehicle is held beyond free time
- Oversized, overweight or special loading equipment
- Cargo that arrives without the documents required for the confirmed route
- Special cargo approved after review but requiring extra handling or documentation
- Address change, re-delivery or a failed delivery appointment after dispatch
- Peak-season or fuel surcharges applied by the carrier
- Duty or tax reassessment where customs does not accept the declared value
Freight rates and space change with the market, so each quotation carries its own validity period. Once it expires, or if the rate or space changes before booking, the price is reconfirmed before dispatch.
Cargo is weighed and measured after it reaches the warehouse. If the piece count, weight, volume, packing, cargo attributes or delivery address differ from the original inquiry, the charge is recalculated and sent to you for confirmation before payment and dispatch.
What does the shipment record show?
Photographs and loading footage from our own warehouse and shipments — the same operation your cargo moves through.

What must be confirmed before booking?
- Pickup within one hour applies once the required details are confirmed, not from the moment of enquiry
- Remote areas, special vehicles and special cargo are confirmed separately
- Waiting time caused by supplier delay may be chargeable
- Vehicle access restrictions at the supplier address must be declared in advance
What mistakes should we avoid?
- Giving an incomplete address and causing a failed collection
- Not declaring that loading equipment is needed on site
- Booking pickup before the supplier has finished packing
- Expecting pickup to be free at any distance without confirmation
