What does this cover?
Standard warehouse records are separated from paid inspection or specified documentation so the scope stays clear. You can decide exactly what is checked and what evidence you receive, and the quotation reflects only what is agreed.
Who is this for?
- Buyers without their own team in China who need to see the goods
- Amazon and e-commerce sellers preparing cartons to a marketplace standard
- Projects that need packing evidence before dispatch
- Shipments where the supplier packaging is not suitable for export
What is included in the service?
- Checking to an agreed scope: quantity, outer packing, marks or condition
- Photographs and video of the agreed points
- Relabelling, repacking or palletising where quoted
- A written record of what was found
What do you need from us to quote?
- What exactly should be checked, and against which reference
- How many units or cartons are to be inspected
- Whether photographs, video or both are required, and from which angles
- Any labelling standard to follow, with the label content
- Whether repacking or palletising is required, and the packing standard
What does the quotation cover?
The quotation states the total for the scope described in it. It is built from the cargo data, the origin and destination, the transport mode and the delivery scope agreed at that time.
What is included?
- The inspection, recording or repacking scope named in the quotation
- The agreed number of units, cartons or photographs
- A written report of what was observed
What is not included?
- Checking beyond the agreed scope
- Laboratory testing, certification or third-party inspection fees
- Corrective work on the goods themselves
- Costs arising from findings that require a decision from you
What might cost extra?
- Remote or difficult-access delivery beyond the standard service area
- Customs inspection, holds or revaluation at either end
- Storage where cargo cannot be dispatched inside the agreed free period
- Detention and demurrage when a container or vehicle is held beyond free time
- Oversized, overweight or special loading equipment
- Cargo that arrives without the documents required for the confirmed route
- Special cargo approved after review but requiring extra handling or documentation
- Address change, re-delivery or a failed delivery appointment after dispatch
- Peak-season or fuel surcharges applied by the carrier
- Duty or tax reassessment where customs does not accept the declared value
Freight rates and space change with the market, so each quotation carries its own validity period. Once it expires, or if the rate or space changes before booking, the price is reconfirmed before dispatch.
Cargo is weighed and measured after it reaches the warehouse. If the piece count, weight, volume, packing, cargo attributes or delivery address differ from the original inquiry, the charge is recalculated and sent to you for confirmation before payment and dispatch.
What does the shipment record show?
Photographs and loading footage from our own warehouse and shipments — the same operation your cargo moves through.

What must be confirmed before booking?
- This is not a laboratory, certification or product-quality guarantee service
- Inspection criteria must be agreed before the work starts
- Professional inspection requirements may need a third-party inspection body
- Findings are reported as observations, not as a contractual quality opinion
What mistakes should we avoid?
- Asking for a quality opinion and expecting a certification
- Not supplying the label data before the work is scheduled
- Assuming inspection happens automatically when only basic arrival photos are included
- Agreeing the criteria after the cargo has already been packed
